Glenardle School Grounds

The Principal and Staff of Glenardle Junior Primary commit themselves to:-

The creation of an atmosphere that is loving and relaxed, where the principles of love and respect for all people is encouraged, taught and practiced. The development of the whole child. By this we endeavour to realize the full potential within each child – academically, emotionally and spiritually, resulting in a balanced pupil with a positive self-esteem. The implementation of constructive teaching which will arise from a well balanced, relevant curriculum in which the individuality of a child is catered for. Realistic expectations of a child’s ability are observed and each child is taught self-discipline and given encouragement, correction and affirmation. The principles of praise, evaluation, remediation and revision will characterize the teaching method.

We establish and nurture open and honest channels of communication with parents, pupils and colleagues.
